A 52ac holding with a derelict house is on the market near Kilmuckridge, Co Wexford. The property is at Tinacree and is being sold by QUINN PROPERTY. It goes for online auction next month with a guide price of €10,000/ac to €12,000/ac. The farm is near the coast, between Kilmuckridge and Ballygarrett and is 16km from Gorey.

The land is 800m from the public road and is accessed by a hardcore, shared laneway. It has no road frontage. It is divided into eight main divisions. A hardcore roadway runs through the land, giving good access to all fields. Most of the land is in grass while c. 5ac is scrub and rough grazing.

The land is in an area of Macamore type soil which is best suited to grassland or winter corn, according to auctioneer David Quinn.

The holding has a derelict farmhouse with stone outbuildings. The property benefits from sea views towards Morriscastle Strand. The auction takes place on Friday 8th September on LSL.
