An excellent roadside holding with potential for residential development is going on the market in County Wexford later this month. The c.10 acre holding will be sold through an online auction, organised by Quinn Properties, on Tuesday, March 28, at 3 p.m.
Talking about the property, Jack Quinn highlighted the fact its in an ideal location and is situated 1km from Caim village along a quiet local road. It’s also located just 7km from Enniscorthy and the M11 motorway making it within very easy access to Gorey, Wexford town and Dublin.
“Within the heart of some of Wexford’s finest farming lands, this roadside holding presents various opportunities,” said Mr Quinn.
Caim village has amenities such as a primary school, church and shop and hardware store while Enniscorthy town offers a large range of shops, services and amenities. It has a number of primary schools, secondary school and GAA, soccer and rugby clubs.
“It has an excellent range of commuting options also with Irish Rail, Wexford Bus and Bus Eireann running excellent services,” said Mr Quinn.
“The lands are in one division with good road frontage,” said Mr Quinn. “They are currently in tillage and are of excellent quality, suitable to most agricultural enterprises,” he added. “The lands previously had planning permission and have obvious potential for a residential property, subject to planning permission.”
To view the land travel from Enniscorthy to Caim village and turn left at Rackard’s premises. From there proceed approximately 1km along that road and and the property is on the left hand side with a Quinn Property sign.
