“Within the heart of some of Wexford’s finest farming lands, this roadside holding presents various opportunities,” said Mr Quinn.

Caim village has amenities such as a primary school, church and shop and hardware store while Enniscorthy town offers a large range of shops, services and amenities. It has a number of primary schools, secondary school and GAA, soccer and rugby clubs.

“The lands are in one division with good road frontage,” said Mr Quinn. “They are currently in tillage and are of excellent quality, suitable to most agricultural enterprises,” he added. “The lands previously had planning permission and have obvious potential for a residential property, subject to planning permission.”

To view the land travel from Enniscorthy to Caim village and turn left at Rackard’s premises. From there proceed approximately 1km along that road and and the property is on the left hand side with a Quinn Property sign.
