Lot 1 comprised of c. 33.5 acres. Bidding opened at €200,000. It was put on the market at €270,000 and sold to a local farmer for €285,000. There were 3 bidders for this lot.
Lot 2 comprised of c. 51.7 acres and bidding open at €200,000 and with 4 bidders it reached €270,000 at which point it was put on the market and sold to a north Wexford based farmer.
Lot 3, the largest lot, comprised of c. 70 acres. Bidding opened at €350,000 and with 2 bidders it moved to €400,000. It was withdrawn at this level and sold immediately after at a higher price to the same purchaser as Lot 2.
The final lot, lot 4, comprised of c. 23.6 acres. It opened at €80,000 and with the help of 2 bidders went to €115,000 at which point it was withdrawn. Lot 4 sold immediately afterwards at a higher figure to an adjoining farmer.
