On the run up to the auction of this property there had been reasonable interest. This translated into an attendances of just over ten people on the day of the auction, three of whom were bidders. The property was guided between €70,000 and €80,000.
The property was offered in two separate lots or the entire. Lot 1 consist of the cottage on C. 0.5 Acres. Lot 2 consists of a C. 1.85 acre field. Lot 3 is the entire property. For further details please click here.
The auction unfolded as follows:
Lot 1: No bids were made.
Lot 2: Bidding peaked at €22,000 with two bidders active.
Lot 3: Bidding opened at €60,000, and reached €77,000 with the help of two bidders. No further offers were made and the property was withdrawn. Lot 3 (the entire) sold immediately after the auction for a higher figure.
