Quinn Property are presenting two agricultural holdings which are for sale in Gorey with a guide price of €10-€12,000 per acre.

“This is just off the Gorey road so it’s quite an accessible location and it’s suitable for a range of agricultural uses,” said Jack Quinn of Quinn Property.

Jack Quinn of Quinn Property says that these holdings are suitable for an array of possibilities. “They’re both agricultural holdings and there might be site potential,” said Jack. Knockshaunfin in Ballyellis is a 36acre holding which is for sale by private treaty. Located along the R725 Gorey to Carnew road, it’s 3.5km from Carnew and 12km from Gorey.
