SOLD JULY 2026 – Valuable C. 3.3 Acre Development Site In An Exceptional Location For Sale by Online Auction on Tuesday 14th of July at 12 Noon

Tuesday’s auction saw an extremely well-located parcel of land come to the market. Auctioneer David Quinn had guided the holding in the region of €380,000 to €400,000 and noted “keen interest, particularly from a number of local builders and investors”. This translated into seven registered bidders going in to the auction.

The auction began with a bid of €250,000 and quickly jumped beyond €300,000 with bidding in increments of €10,000. Mr Quinn took a short break at €360,000 to take client instructions.

This spurred on a flurry of further bids which took the holding to €420,000 at which point it was declared on the market. After a number of bids, the hammer fell at €450,000 which returned a very strong individual site price of €112,500.

After the auction, David Quinn said “We were delighted with the result and it shows the strong demand in the market in well located sites without local needs restrictions.”
