QUINN PROPERTY are delighted to announce that this large, roadside forestry holding was sold prior to auction. The sale was handled by Managing Director, David Quinn who described “solid interest” in the property. David added that “most interest was local but there was also some interest from a number of parties based in Dublin and North Wicklow”.
The property was guided in the region of €220,000 (€6,200 per acre approx.) in advance of the auction. When questioned regarding the ultimate sale price, Mr Quinn did not give an exact price but did say that it was “in excess of the guide”.
