SOLD DECEMBER 2025 – Three Bedroom Townhouse With Commercial Development Potential For Sale By Online Auction On Wednesday 17th Of December At 12 Noon.

Today’s auction saw a high-profile property on Esmonde Street come to the market in what is our penultimate auction of 2025. The property attracted strong interest, particularly from local investors and businesspeople. Property agent Jack Quinn shared that the property had been guided “in the region of €350,000” and that there were “five bidders registered for the auction”.

On the day of the auction bidding started at €250,000 and moved steadily as far as €300,000 with bidding from three parties. With the property short of its reserve the property was withdrawn and negotiations quickly commenced with the highest bidder.

QUINN PROPERTY are delighted to report that the property was sold immediately after the auction for a higher sum in the region of the guide price. When asked for details of the purchaser, a spokesperson for the company identified the buyer as a “local businessman”.
