Located 4km south of Wicklow town, close to the coast.  The land has good road frontage and was guiding €9,000 – €10,000 prior to auction.  On the day of the auction there was a good turnout with in excess of 20 people in attendance.  Bidding opened at €200,000 and with the help of two bidders it moved briskly to €285,000 at which point the property was declared on the market and sold at €285,000 to a local individual.
