SOLD NOVEMBER 2025 – Excellent C.11.6 Acres In Scenic Location For Sale By Online Auction On Friday 14th November At 2pm

Today’s auction saw a well-located c. 11.6 acre, County Wicklow holding come to the market. Auctioneer David Quinn guided the lands in the region of €15,000 per acre and noted good interest, particularly from local landowners. There were five parties registered to bid.

The land was offered for sale in the following lots:
Lot 1: C. 3.37 Acres
Lot 2: C. 8.27 Acres
Lot 3: C. 11.6 Acres – The Entire

There were four bidders on the day across the various lots and the Entire (Lot 3) ultimately brought the highest figure in the auction. However, the bid of €160,000 fell short of the reserve and the property was withdrawn. We are delighted to report that following fruitful negotiations immediately after the auction, the property was sold for a figure in the region of €15,000 per acre to a local farmer.

When asked for comment immediately after the auction, Mr Quinn remarked that he was “most pleased to have secured a strong result on the day of the auction”. He added that his client is “delighted with the price achieved”.
