Demand for land continues to outstrip supply with strong prices continuing particularly at recent auctions. Last week an auction of C. 39 Acre Non Residential holding at Knocknalour, Bunclody, Co. Wexford had a large attendance and after lively bidding the hammer fell at €505,000 being an average of €12,948 per acre.
