The auction held in our Gorey Office on Friday September 16th 2016 saw C. 11 Acres at Johnstown Hill, Arklow, Co. Wicklow offered for sale.

There was a good crowd in attendance with three active bidders with the land being withdrawn at €130,000 and sold immediately afterwards to a local farmer for a higher figure.
