SOLD APRIL 2026 – Well Located Traditional Residence With Outbuildings For Sale By Online Auction On Tuesday 7th April At 12pm

Today’s auction saw this farmhouse style residence in a most sought-after location come to the market. Selling agent Jack Quinn described strong interest “from the moment our signboard went up”. Jack had guided the property in the region of €140,000 and added that there was a “good mix of local interest and those coming from further afield”. This translated to five registered bidders for the auction.

On the day of the auction, bidding opened at €100,000 and progressed steadily towards the guide price with activity from three bidders. Once the property reached €155,000 it was declared as “on the market” and competitive bidding followed between two bidders. The hammer ultimately fell at €165,000 to a local buyer.

Speaking immediately after the auction, Mr Quinn described his client’s “delight with the outcome” and wished the buyer well with their purchase.
