A commercial property within a minutes walk of Enniscorthy town centre is to be put up for auction next month with a guide price of €50,000.
The property, No.28 Slaney Street, is being auctioned online by Quinn Property on Friday, September 16, at 12 noon.
Commenting on the property a spokesperson for the firm commented to the Enniscorthy Guardian: “This attractive town centre Commercial property is hard to beat as regards location, just off Market Square.”
First floor access is provided via a shared entrance with the neighbouring property, No. 29.

The M11 junction is a five minute drive with south Dublin around an hours drive away and Mr Quinn pointed out that Enniscorthy benefits from its central location within County Wexford and both Carlow and Kilkenny are also less than an hour away.
Quinn Property also highlighted that Enniscorthy offers all amenities including primary and secondary schools, hotels, shops, restaurants and a range of active sports clubs catering for the likes of GAA, soccer and rugby.
The property is comprised of a shop unit at ground floor level and a toilet. It also has two stores and a covered yard area measuring 3.6m x 2.5m.
