A large commercial property in the centre on Enniscorthy has gone sale agreed.
This prime commercial site is located adjacent to the Enniscorthy Leisure Centre and Swimming Pool and the local Railway Station in the heart of Enniscorthy in the Templeshannon area. The property had a guide price of €475,000, it is unknown what price has been agreed.
The site comprises of three separate properties with a large carpark area and offers the opportunity for a large scale town centre commercial development. It extends to 0.3 of an acre and is zoned town centre under the current Enniscorthy Development Plan. This will allow for a mixture of commercial and residential development, subject to the relevant planning.
The sale of the property was carried out by local auctioneers QUINN PROPERTY.
Auctioneer Jack Quinn shared the teams delight over the sale of the prime property.
“We are delighted to have agreed the sale of this landmark collection of properties in an enviable town centre location,” he said.
“There is abundant potential for further development of the site which would suit a wide range of uses across both residential and commercial spectrums,” he added.
