Sold April 2018 -Bonagrew Little, Brittas Bay, Co. Wicklow – Charming Two Storey Farmhouse On C. 6.1 Acres For Sale By Public Auction On Friday 20th April 2018 At 3pm In Our Gorey Office.

Today’s auction drew a substantial crowd of almost 40 people to our Gorey office. This was no surprise, due to the popular location of the property. Our agents had also conducted a significant amount of viewings with interested parties.

The property was available through the following lots:

Lot 1: C. 5.686 Acres

Lot 2: C. 0.442 Acres With Farmhouse & Outbuildings

Lot 3: The Entire

After bidding on separate lots and the entire the property was declared on the market at a total of €290,000. However, after taking offers on Lot 1 and Lot 2 the combined figure reached €335,000. €110,00 (€19,346 per acre) for Lot 1 and €225,000 for Lot 2.

Following this, the entire was again offered to the room. A bid of €340,000 followed, which was sufficient to secure the entire.
