Ballynestragh, Kilanerin, Gorey, Co. Wexford – Valuable C. 9.35 Acre Non Residential Holding For Sale By Public Auction on Wednesday 14th February 2018 at 3pm In Our Gorey Office

Today’s auction brought a reasonable turnout of 12 people to our Gorey office. Bidding commenced at €70,000 (€7,486 per acre) but no further bids were made. The property was then withdrawn from auction.

Following negotiations after the auction, a substantial increase on the €70,000 was made, however this too fell short of the sellers expectations.

The property is now for sale by private treaty with an A.M.V of €120,000 (€12,834 per acre).

Our next auction takes place on the 23rd of February  at 3pm in the Horse & Hound Hotel. We will be taking C.57 acres at  Ballynabola, New Ross, Co. Wexford to the market.
