SOLD FEBRUARY 2026 – Valuable C. 5.6 Acre Roadside Holding For Sale By Online Auction On Wednesday 25th February At 2pm

Today’s auction saw a well-located holding near Oulart, Co. Wexford come to the market. The holding benefits from 50m of road frontage onto a local road. It is laid out in one division and is currently in grass and may offer site potential, subject to the relevant planning permission being obtained.

Auctioneer David Quinn had guided the property in the region of €60,000 and noted “plenty of interest from local land-owners”.

On the day of the auction, bidding opened at €30,000 and with three active bidders, the land climbed promptly as far as €50,000. Bidding then continued steadily towards €60,000 and with no further offers forthcoming, the property was withdrawn from auction.

Negotiations immediately commenced with the highest bidder and QUINN PROPERTY are delighted to confirm that the property was sold for a higher sum. Following the conclusion of the deal, David Quinn commented that he was “very pleased to have concluded the deal straight after the auction”.
