LOCATION:
The lands are located in a rural part of north Co. Wexford, c. 500 meters from Askamore which is a small hamlet with Church, Crèche and Community Centre. It is 15 km west of Gorey town and the N11 and 7km south of Carnew. Gorey is one of north Wexford`s most noted towns and offers an excellent choice of schools from primary, secondary, post leaving and adult education, Educate Together and a Gaelscoil, along with a wealth of restaurants, shops, pubs, award winning Hotels with a vast array of local leisure amenities such as endless sandy beaches, golf courses to include Courtown Golf and Ballymoney Golf Club, swimming and leisure centres. DESCRIPTION:
The lands are accessed off a hard core roadway which leads from Askamore over Sliabh Bui Hill towards Camolin. The land is in one division with good frontage onto this roadway and has recently been clear felled and replanted to forestry. The land runs at a slight gradient and is in an up-land area at the foot of Sliabh Bui.
